In a boost for the side, Partey was spotted in training after a slight concern on international duty with Ghana, however Saliba wasn't spotted. The defender is set to miss Arsenal’s Premier League clash with Leeds due to injury football.london understands, with a back problem that saw his absence in the previous match against Crystal Palace.

Saliba replacement

With Saliba missing another game, there's a few option for Arteta to choose from, given the versatility of his squad available. The main candidate is likely to be Rob Holding, given his appearance in the previous game against Crystal Palace and he was prominent in the training footage ahead of Leeds.

There's also Ben White, who has enjoyed playing right-back this season, but he could slot back into centre-back if required and was also available in training.

Crazy conditions

The conditions turned from bright to gloomy with heavy downpours impacting players, with Gabriel Jesus looking less than impressed with it, while Bukayo Saka had a smile plastered across his face.
